A creative mindset at work

Hi! My name is Cristina Andres and I'm a creative conceptualist, storyteller, copywriter and editor; as well as an information, copy and content writer. As a communications designer I have direct experience in ideation, execution and managing the branding process and development.


  •  I have a  Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and that should explain why  I love stories!


  •  I also have a Certificate in Intercultural Communications  &  International Development Studies from UBC  in Vancouver and a Certificate in Public Relations from Mt. Royal University in Calgary.   


  • My cumulative experience in communications comes down to: 6 years in an avdrtising agency; (both corporate and product advertising) with another 3 years  of training in storytelling and envisioning  and  5 years  in non profit marketing and  management- both as employment and volunteer opportunities.
  • I trained under a Branding strategist and futurist for 3 years .
  •   I have collaborated with highly -creative people like Art Directors,  Environmental and Industrial Designers, Creative Directors & Graphic Designers, as well as some wonderful people in Non-Profit Marketing.


  •  In the recent however, due to the lockdown during the pandemic, I have  been working as a freelance writer  while learning art direction in photography and  given the  explosion of social media and online selling - integrated marketing.


At present,  I collaborate with a cohesive group of senior  marketing  consultants, brand Identity and communications specialists, designers,  as well as editors and translators in my capacity as Senior Communications Advisor.
